SkyWarn

As an aviation based organization, Civil Air Patrol has a vested interest in knowing what is happening in the weather environment.  SkyWarn is a program Civil Air Patrol should have a prominent presence in and is a great way to utilize our communications infrastructure.

As with all Emergency Services training, CAPR 60-3 requires the minimum qualification as General Emergency Services before taking any further ES training.

Additionally, all ES qualifications require the FEMA IS-100.b, Introduction to Incident Command System.

All completion certificates received by hand or email must be uploaded into the online Ops Quals system.
