NC Wing Commander, Col. Roy Douglass receives Paul W. Turner Safety Award. This award is presented to the wing with the most outstanding safety program in CAP based on overall operational achievements, along with specific contributions to safety. The winning wing’s name is added to the Paul W. Turner safety scroll at CAP National Headquarters.
